Shipping 

Please allow up to 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders before contacting us. Shipping may be delayed if Stay Close is attending a festival or event. We regularly update our Facebook and Instagram pages with such information 

Payment 

Payment can be sent via PayPal as well as stripe which allows payment with all major credit cards. Cash is only accepted at festivals and events.

Models/promoters 

We work closely with our models and are not currently looking for any new models. We do not use "promoters" nor do we give any products out for free to any "promoters" or "product reviewers". 

Returns 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchases for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will look into your order.
